Fake Oc 40???

Got a pill that had OC on the front and 40 on the back...Took it and felt nothing... Looked at pics online and noticed the 4 on the 40 imprint was different. .. the online pics has the 4 open and not joined...Actually mine looked like ( 40).. the 4 is closed not open... im thinking its fake..

It most likely was, because these are no longer being manufactured. Purdue changed the formulation to help prevent abuse and the new tablets use the marking OP on them. They discontinued the original formulation with the OC on them.

The FDA lists Oxycodone as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

It's best not to take anything that hasn't been prescribed for you and obtained through a legitimate pharmacy.
