If you're not getting your meds from a REAL licensed pharmacy, there's not much I can do to help you except that the fake bars have been reported to be thinner in some cases (not all). And depending on what the imprint is, you may also want to compare how it looks with legitimate images on the internet so you can see if there are any other discrepancies outside of how thick it is. Some people even suggest tasting it first, since a notably bitter taste is a trademark for real Alprazolam. However, in my opinion there are lot of chemicals/ingredients that have a bitter taste, so a physically identical counterfeit could easily be mistaken for something real until you risk trying it. That's why I always encourage people in these situations to send them off to a lab for an analysis, just to play it safe.
