Failed To Get Pregnant

Am a female 23 yrs I have a problem some one out there please help me out its been 3 months now trying to get Pregnant but I have failed, talked to ma doctor and he helped me, and I lied to my fiance because I wanted to see if he is serious and he is seriously HAPPY about it,I cant lie to him that I've LOST the BABY because He told me He does not want to HEAR about MISCOURAGE. What can I do???????????

Hi Kabiite! It took me almost 2 years to get pregnant with my first son. I had infertility problems. 3 months of trying to conceive is not long. Most doctors tell you to give it 1 year then they can look for problems. As far as your husband, I would be honest with him.
