I have been prescribe with Aspirin Delayed Release Tablet USP Namely ECOSPRIN-150. Please intimate function of this tablet.

i had a mild mi on march 2013.some thrombolysis is on that time ,after angio gram and treatment the blot clot is cleared.i had discharged to home.now i am in routine life.i am 30 year old male.the doctor is adviced me to take the following tablets.how long should i continue the tablets.
prasita 10 mg,aldactone,cardivas,ecospirin 75mg,rosuvas 40mg,cardace 1.25mg.
