The pill is a Dilotab II. They're very popular in industrial first aid kits.

This pill may be Dilotab II by Zee Medical. It contains Acetaminophen as a pain reliever and Phenylephrine as a nasal decongestant. Zee Medical, Inc. is based in Irvine, CA 92606. Hope this helps!
