I dont know if this is causing it but I am a runner and coincidentally around when I started taking the Folbic Tab Brenckrdg - I feel that I get a tad bit more exhausted while running. Also, notice a sour taste in my mouth and tend to consume more water than I am used to. Is it the Folbic?

The sour taste and thirst can happen with some vitamin supplements, however I don't see anything regarding the tiredness.

Have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist?

Yes I talked to my doctor and he suggested I get off Folbic and use an over-the-counter B12 supplement which is what I was doing in the past.. The tiredness is so minimal - like in a 50 minute workout I take a total break of 2 minutes which I did not need before. Could be a variety of factors.

I"ve been taking folbic for 3 months now, can I also take a B-12 just to give me a little bit more energy and help stop me from getting muscle cramps.
