Eyelid Swelling
UpdatedHas anyone taking Levothyroxine experienced eyelid swelling and leg cramps? I have been taking 50cc for a year now. First I had itching & hives and now I have eyelid swelling and leg cramps.

Hello, Linda! How are you?
What has your doctor said about this?
The hives, itching and swelling sound like an allergic reaction and, if that is what is causing them, it's not going to go away. In most cases, it will just continue to get worse with repeated exposure.
Typical side effects of this medication, as listed by the FDA, may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes and hair loss.
