The question is, I know the instructions, however, what is not clear, the 4-5 masking window toxin free, does it start from the time of taking the pills, or does it start after urinating 3 times? The instructions is not clear on when does the 4-5 hours toxin free starts. Does anyone know?

Take the pills 3 hours before your appointment. Take it with 36 - 40 oz of Water within 10 minutes (fast). Urinate at least 3 times. When at the lab, let the beginning of the urine stream in toilet, then the middle stream in the cup, and the last part of the urine steam in the toilet, because the drug where it most lies is at the beginning and the end of the urine stream. So try to only capture the middle of the urine stream. The pills allows to mask the drug for a 4-5 hour window. This 4-5 hours becomes effective exactly an hour of consuming the pills. Good luck. It worked for me twice.
