Extended Release 60 Mg Morphine
UpdatedI need to find out if I can cut my pills in half or in 1/4's and still have the medication be extended release and still help with my pain? I have never done it before and I do not like taking the pill all at once.

No, it is not safe to cut a time released pill, if you prefer a lower dosage, you should speak to your medical provider and ask if they will prescribe one for you.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
Are you on any other medications?
