I've been taking clindamycin after the expiration date and just wanted to know if that's ok?

It does not become dangerous, once expired, but it may lost efficacy.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Is there anything else I can help with?
