Expired Neomycin Polymyxin Hydrocortisone Otic Suspension Put In Eye By Mistake

Neomycin, Polymyxin b sulfate and Hydrocortisone otic suspension (exp 4/2008) was used in my eye in error. Will it be ok without having to see a doctor?

Since this is not a sterile solution, like it would be for the eye, it would be best to have it checked out, just to be sure.

The FDA warns that it could cause an eye infection, irritation, or redness.

Has there been any change? Did you experience any adverse effects?
