Expired Levorphanol

I found some 20 year old Levorphanol I use to take for chronic pain. Would it still work? Or has it lost all potency? Thanks.

After 20 years, it is likely that it no longer has much efficacy, if any.

The U.S. FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

It would be best to dispose of them.

In my experience as a one time user of this drug storage under ideal circumstances was limited.Unlike most
Opiate/Opioid meds that retain its potency for a substantial period of time
Levodromoran does not.I would suggest that you dispose of it properly.

Turned toxic or flat! Don't ever take a drug thats 20 years old!

Back in the 80's I use to do Levodromoran 2mgs all the time. But no way in hell would I do 20 yr. old levorphanol!
