Exocaine Plus (Top voted first)

Where can I purchase Exocaine Plus. I used to use it to give my brother rub downs when he was WBC Cruiser weight champion back in 1981 - 1982.Nothing esle comes close,it was the best.
I can't find it anywhere on the web or local. Please help if you can.
