The type of exercises that are safe for you to do really depend on the severity of the condition and what is causing it.
That said, it would be improper for us to recommend anything, since this site is not medical professionals.
Sometimes these conditions are helped by exercise, heat, chiropractic treatment and others require professional physical therapy.
Has your doctor recommended anything?

Vernon is correct.....you NEED a physical therapist or if you know a great chiropractor they can show you the exercises. You really need a professional for this......take it from someone who has one SI joint fused and suppose to have the other done but I want PT instead. You don't want just anyone telling you what to do.
