Excedrine And Predizone

I was prescribed 20 mg predizone for my hands. I started taking them yesterday. I only took one o at 4: 00 pm. Now its 6/3/17 at 8: 07 am. I have a headache. My question is, can I take one excedrine now and then at 4: 00 take my next dose of predizone.?

Generally, the FDA recommends that you not take the Excedrin with Prednisone, due to the Aspirin in it and the fact that it can compound the gastrointestinal issues that both risk causing as side effects, such as nausea, bleeding, and ulcers.

If your doctor approves, it might be better to just stick with Tylenol/Acetaminophen, while you are taking the prednisone.
