??I feel like my blood pressure is dropping and I get dizzy from taking two extra strength tablets. Is there anyone who knows why and recommendations to lessen the negative effect I.E. take with meal, specific vitamins or meds not to take!
No other otc meds help...I don't want to give up taking this until I know if there is so strong I can do or take to minimize or stop the side effects I am experiencing...

Did you mean Excedrin? If so, dizziness can be a normal side effect of it, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, stomach irritation, nervousness and insomnia.
You may be able to mitigate it by taking it with food and not on an empty stomach.
Have you ever checked your blood pressure, when you feel like that?
