If you took your first dose at 9am and need to take it every 12 hours, the next dose would be at 9pm (21:00)

That would be 3 am. Might want to change your dosing schedule if it's every 12 hours. Maybe take your first dose earlier so that the second one doesn't fall in the middle of the night.
