I would recommend setting a 12hr schedule to consider with your sleep pattern. Say you sleep 11 to 7. You'd take your med at 8 and 8 or 0800 and 2000hrs. Thus if you sleep in a little you have a buffer or even 0900 and 2100 depending on if you leave regularly before 9am, but you probably get the idea...

That would be 3 am. Might want to change your dosing schedule if it's every 12 hours. Maybe take your first dose earlier so that the second one doesn't fall in the middle of the night.

Or same am & pm time
Or on 24hr clock just add 12 to the time you took first dose
I would suggest getting on a schedule you are normally awake such as 8am 8pm or 10am 10pm or some other combination
If me not say n you should if I was sleeping ""normal"" I would go ahead & sleep if going to bed at 11:30 or later take the 3am dose when go to bed then take next dose on time you want schedule to be on .....
But like I said that's just what I would do ....
Might wanna check w/Dr
