I would recommend setting a 12hr schedule to consider with your sleep pattern. Say you sleep 11 to 7. You'd take your med at 8 and 8 or 0800 and 2000hrs. Thus if you sleep in a little you have a buffer or even 0900 and 2100 depending on if you leave regularly before 9am, but you probably get the idea...

That would be 3 am. Might want to change your dosing schedule if it's every 12 hours. Maybe take your first dose earlier so that the second one doesn't fall in the middle of the night.
