Evaluating The Results Of My Blood Work
UpdatedI am a 39 year old male. As per my lab test results, they are showing a sugar level (fasting) of 203, total cholesterol of 303, triglycerides at 326, HDL 40, LDL 197.8, VLDL 65.2 and also showing my SGPT Level is 135. I do not have a habit of drinking or smoking, so how did these levels happen and please advise me on how to control and reduce these numbers?

These issues can occur due to a genetic predisposition, unhealthy eating habits, or a combination of both, according to NIH reports, there is no way to say for sure. Is there any history of such issues in your family lineage?
Have you tried altering your diet to be lower in fat, cholesterol, carbohydrates, and sugar?
Do you get a lot of exercise? Are you on any medications?
