Etoshine 60

I am suffering from ankylosing spondylities with peripheral arthritis, and am prescribed with Saaz DS, Etoshine 60,Folitrax 7.5, Folvite 5mg,Defcort 6mg, Omez 20mg & Osteokit.I want to know that are the medicines right for my treatment & are there any side effects particularly with Etoshine 60 in the long run?

I am suffering from Ankylosing Spodylitis with Peripherial Artharitis for the last 6 months. I am prescribed with Saaz DS tobe taken 1**0**1/2, Defcort 6mg 1**0**1/2(to be reduced to 1/2 & then nil), Etoshine60 1 daily, Aosteokit 1daily,Omez 1 daily, Folitrax 7.5 one on Sat & Sun, Folvite 5mg daily except Sat & Sun.
Please let me know, for how long period should i take these medicines for my desease, whether the desease is curable, side effects & preventions to be taken. Will it hamper my sexual life, I am 53 yrs.
