Ethex 024 Pill

I am looking at an oblong orange pill with a black band and an imprint reading Ethex 024. Cannot find any information online about that imprint. Does anyone know anything about what this might be?

I can't find a listing for this in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources, even with variations on the imprint.

Do you happen to know its country of origin?
