The Estrogen itself is not known to cause false positives for anything, however, it may be from another ingredient in the cream. I can't provide you any information on that, though, since you didn't list what brand you are taking.
Can you post back with more information, including any over the counter products you may be taking?

I too have recently had a urine test. I knew one would show up for my aderall.. but another was for Cocain! That through me, been racking my brain trying to figure out all my meds. I didn't think about my Estrogen vaginal cream till now. Mine is called, Vetromax. It says it contains getamicin sulfate USP, betamethasone valerate-USP and clotrimazole USP ointment. Along with occatinal outter ointment I use for a now and then rash; which is diprropionate cream USP 0.05% (same as betamethasone potency) I do know the last in a steroid. I did post another question here directing about similar topic of urine test showing cocaine. The night before I also had taken 25mg of anihistmen for allergy's. And half a tablet the morning before The urine test.
