No registration is required and your identity remains anonymous.My doctor prescribed Estradiol (1 mg) and progesterone (100 mg) because I still have ovaries. Started me on the lowest dose. I was having horrible hot flashes like every half hour!!! They were unbearable. So the estrogen worked for them and for vaginal dryness as well. I did gain about 5-10 pounds however. But after a year and half of taking this I started spotting blood. Is this normal? I am post menopausal by the way. But does it make you bleed some what? Only for about a week and then stopped. Was not bad but… I don’t know if that is normal or not? Does it come with taking the hormone replacement therapy meds? I’ve not had this issue before ever and it’s been about 5 years since my last period. What does it do to your uterus?? Any info I would greatly apprecia...

Does this pill cause weight gain. ## Almost all hormone tablets cause some amount of weight gain. If it continues to be a problem, please consult your doctor. ## I am 48 yrs old. I had a partial hit my 4yrs ago. I still have my ovaries. 1 yr after surgery, I started the hot flashes.weight gain and vaginal dryness. While on Estrace cream. Vaginal dryness is still an issue. Not to mention 0 see drive. This past week my doctor prescribed est estrogen 1.25 mg tabs.I filled it this morning. I am so skeptical on starting them. I am afraid of side affects or what ifmy symptoms get worse. I eed more pros n cons a out this med. Please help.

vaginalcream ## I have been dealing with a BV bacterial vaginosis for about 2 years. I have used several home remedies, and oral antibiotics and vaginal antibiotics, and the last one estrace, which really made it worse. The clindaMax 2% cream has helped the most. but I only used it once a week. HELP. I don't know what to do to get rid of this. I went to my care provider and she has tried to help me. I also went to a gynocologist but he was not much help. He gave me a leaflet and meds. and said it is considered a STD.
