Esperal Vs Antabuse Implant

My brother is a chronic alcoholic and the whole family is suffering. The doctor prescribed Esperal implant but I have only heard of Antabuse. Could please tell us side effects and where to find in my country of Macedonia?

The biggest advantage of Esperal comparing to Disulfiram (Antabuse) pills is that it does not maintain a level of Disulfiram in the blood stream. Esperal is a microchip that tests blood stream for ethanol concentration around the clock and only if this level goes up, which means that the patient consumed alcohol, Esperal drops one crystal of highly concentrated Disulfiram and the reaction starts. Which means that Esperal has virtually no side effects. In my practice, I had only one patient from almost one thousand who violated the rules and activated the implant.

Do you have there any testimonials from someone who has experienced a Disulphiram reaction due to drinking alcohol with this type of Esperal/RFID chip implant? This would be very help in making my decision to attend your wonderful clinic.
