why eslo 1.25 tablets are used

I have been taking 1.25 Eslo & 2.5 Nebistar-H for the last three years. When I got tested, my KFT, sodium & chloride levels were just on the lower side. Now my doctor advised me to take Nebistar 5mg instead of Nebistar-H & 1.25mg Eslo. Please advise.
