Is it ok if I crush Erythrom Eth to treat my skin infection?

In instances such as this, there are several things that have to be taken under consideration.

The first is whether or not you actually have an infection, that needs to be confirmed by a doctor's exam.

And the next, of course, is what would be the appropriate antibiotic to treat it, if you do have one. Crushing it may not work, because you may not absorb enough to actually do you any good.

Tablets haven't been formulated for transdermal absorption and you could end up creating a situation where you develop antibiotic resistance.
