Equivalent Medications

what is the equivalent to this medication my husband took it in Jamaica and it worked great with no side effects he is now in the USA and after two months of excrutiating pain and twelve medications later we are still at square one we are looking for the equivalent of the medication BaralginM

According to the FDA, Baralgin-M contains Metamizole. It is classified as an analgesic and antispasmodic.

However, it has been withdrawn from the market here in the U.S. due to concerns over its safety. It has been known to cause severe allergic reactions, especially in people with asthma, that may include anaphylaxis.
