I'm another person who had a problem like yours. I failed a test while in labor for amphetamine with my son and they took him from me right at the hospital and tried to get me to place him for adoption unwillingly along with my other children at home it took about a month to get my newborn and children home because the company equate (walmart) was not being cooperative at all in helping me. CPS didn't know about the drug interaction and refused to believe me that it was the cause (it's a heartburn/acid reflux medication why would it cause a positive for amphetamine) there is nothing on the box bottle website or leaflet that states this possibility which is understandable but when contacted they refused to send me a statement to show CPS that yes it can happen. I had been taking it daily since 2009 which shows in my medical records but I had no way to prove it was the culprit. I eventually found something on the fda website but not under the actual drug but under the device used for urine analysis that showed the relation to a potential false positive it took over a month of being away from my children due to uncooperativeness on both the company and CPS's part it was something I will never forget or get over I was treated like a criminal at the hospital instead of a mother who just gave birth and am still treated differently by people who know about the situation. It's not something that should be treated lightly because it devastated my family and many have lost jobs or potential job opportunities due to it. I'm not saying it should be taken off the shelves but there should be a potential warning somewhere so people who don't know and haven't had an experience know not to take it before a drug screen. I now know but the knowledge came at a high price that almost caused me to lose my children permanently.
