Epinutem For Shingles

Hi i just want to find out... My mother has shingles and they said she must use epinutem but they dont have any in stock..can she use epitec or epilum?

The Epanutin contains Phenytoin, and it is given in such cases to help with the nerve pain that Shingles can cause.

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes, headache, and mood changes.

As to an alternative, she should consult her doctor to see what is safest for her to take.

Is she on any other medications?
