Enzoflam - Paracetamol, Diclofenac Sodium & Serratiopeptidase Use

I am 26 weeks pregnant . Have inflamation & pain in my right thumb.
The doctor after consulting my gynaec have prescibed Enzoflam (3tab/day).
Is this drug safe ? Any side affects to the unborn?
