Enzalutamide For Joint Stiffness

Can I treat my bone/joint stiffness that I have recently started experiencing with Enzalutemide?

Enzalutemide is an androgen receptor agonist that's used to treat prostate cancer, so it will not do anything to treat bone/joint stiffness.

Have you consulted a doctor? That would really be your best option, instead of trying to treat yourself.
