The pill which you are describing is actually ENDO 607 (not 603), which is Carbidopa + Levodopa CR (25 mg - 250 mg).

Carbidopa + Levodopa is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease or Parkinson-like symptoms (e.g., shakiness, stiffness, difficulty moving).
