I have been on endep for the past year due to anxiety I have cut down to 10 mg I am sick of taking it as I have been putting on to much weight I am also on sandomigraine .5 in which I take 2 every night for preventative from headaches/migraines but still get them why and what if I was to completely stop taking them ?? ## Hello, Belinda! Endep is listed by the FDA as containing Amitriptyline, it is a tricyclic antidepressant, so suddenly stopping it could cause withdrawal and rebound effects, which may include nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, diarrhea and rebound depression and/or anxiety.
