Encorate 500mg Side Effects

I have started taking encorate 500mg along with oleptal 600mg + gardenal 60mg + frisium 20mg (one each in the morning and night). I have started feeling extremely tired and lethargic as I was also having hyper-acidity and nausea and some bouts of vomiting and tremors on my hands. Is this ok and should I continue?
