Enanplus: Reducing Dosage

Updated

Hi. I have been taking Enanplus (75mg tramadol + 25mg dexketoprofen combo) for many weeks, for pain from a cam hip. Although I have tried to stop them, I get a few unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. I believe i should gradually decrease the dosage, but they only come in a standard dose. Am I correct in thinking, that if I split the tabs (e.g. go from 1 tab to 3/4, then 1/2 etc) I should be able to wean myself off of them? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
