Hello, Jerry! How are you?

No doctor can be 'generous', so to speak. The DEA has set forth new regulations on what they can prescribe, why they can prescribe it and how much they can prescribe. Prescribing practices are heavily scrutinized and improper prescribing risks their losing their license to practice medicine, as well as fines and jail time.

The only thing you can really do is set up an appointment, make sure they receive a full copy of your current medical records, then discuss your treatment options, at the appointment, without asking for any specific medications upfront. There are no guarantees that any doctor will prescribe anything.

Is anyone familiar with this hospital?
