I found a small while round pill with the markings, EM scored over 5 on one side and blank on other side. anyone know what this pill is? THX!

Found a match it's Methimazole 5 mg, which is a drug used to treat hyperthyroidism, a condition that usually occurs when the thyroid gland is producing too much thyroid hormone.
