I bought Elrredin in Mexico to treat Menopause. What are the side effects? I am taking 0.625 daily.

I also bought Elrredin in Mexico. It has not helped me at all and I have been taking it for 3 days. When I had Premarin for the first time it worked within hours. But my new doctor will not give it to me.

I have had a hysterectomy, would I need to take Elrredin daily without a break of five days? When I first took Premarin I took daily every day.
