Eliquis Free Samples

Hi I am having knee surgery on the 28th and my pcp has eliquiss 2.5 mg but only has enough for one week and I need two. otherwise I have to do coumadin and I really don't want to have the blood draws. anyone out there know how I can get the other week since my insurance won't cover it
