Ive just started taking effigen today, but I dont feel full of energy, like you all say happens. Plus I still feel hungry, it hasnt suppressed my appetite, why???

I am a 21 year old Lad & I have been taking effigine for about four weeks now & have only seen mild side effects;
Shaking slightly
Hard to sleep
Lack of appetite

Apart from that i have seen a huge improvement with energy levels / weight loss. I go to the gym 4 times a week & with help from effigine my body & fitness has improved a great deal.

BUTTT.... make sure you drink lots of water & keep hydrated.

Where i am from ( North East UK ) your looking at around £10.00 for a 100 so don't pay much more than that.

I used effigen around 5 years ago i lost 2 stone in a month!! i had shakes, and alot of energy that was all!!

I have recently just got some more, and can see the weight falling off, however ive become very moody and aggitated on them!

i have taken these before and you get a tingling feeling in your head sometimes and also my joints felt like they were going to give up on me, i also got cramp in both legs everytime i was on these

Not possible to take effigens with blood pressure tablets as tablets are a small form of speed, which make your heart beat faster... so taking them with your tablets probably not the best idea.
