I take them n have done for a while there only good if you exercise with them otherwise they dont work as for the eating its got speed in it n if you have taken speed you should know that it stops you eatin i have never had any side affects of them jus shaking i take 6 in the morning n they last all day and as for the sleeping its jus in your head o drink coffee all day with mine n i sleep fine unless i have it in my head that i cnt sleep jus close your eyes with no disturbence n you will drift of.

i would not take effys at all although they seem to be wonderful tablets they are not safe. nobody really knows whats in them, yes its a mild form of speed/whizz but that is not all thats in them. i took them for 5 to 6 month and although i did see a huge change in weight loss and energy levels it was not worth the effects, cant sleep on a night, feeling sick when they start to wear off, shooting pains near kidneys, shaking, vomitting, passiing out etc. it is much much safer to just use over the counter tablets such as adios max and stick to a diet and a regular training plan.

Not possible to take effigens with blood pressure tablets as tablets are a small form of speed, which make your heart beat faster... so taking them with your tablets probably not the best idea.
