Efficacy Of Misoprostol

I am a Nigerian. I am pregnant and I can't keep the child, my pregnancy would be 1 week from my supposed missed period date. On the 5th day of my pregnancy I took 4 misoprostol under my tongue. I had cramps and diarrhea. I didn't bleed very well. Bleeding did not last more than 20 minutes so I was scared and I took another 4 orally and I slept off in pain. No bleeding still. I woke up on the 5th day of pregnancy which is today and no bleeding just cramps, so I swallowed the remaining 2 misoprostol tabs and up till now no serious bleeding. I am scared. Do I need help or is the pregnancy already aborted in the initial light bleeding period?
