Effexor Hand Shake Help

I know someone who started on Effexor Er 75mg a few months ago. Its one of they best meds she has been on but it gives her really bad hand tremors...help?

It can cause that as a side effect, in some people that take it, according to the FDA, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, and weight changes.

Has she consulted her doctor? It might not be the right medication for her to take.
