Effexor Zoloft Vs Zoloft Dosing

What is the exchange dose of effexor xr and Zoloft?( what dose of Effexor is equal to 40 mg. of Zoloft?

There is currently no 40mg dose of Zoloft available, the closest would be 50mgs, so the information I've found is relevant to that dosage.

Generally the switch requires 75mgs of the Effexor ER to equal the 50mg dosage of Zoloft.

However, your doctor may use a different dosage, depending on the severity of your condition and your response to the medications.

What dosage has your doctor advised?
