I've been taking effergin and they dont seem to be helping with the weight loss im a pole dancer and excercise everyday that just make me buzz, but the weight doesnt seem to be shifting ive been taking them a month should i be seeing effects by now?

LAUREN id take more than 1 a day if your wanting to loose weight also maybe get some caffiene tablets to take with them you will get great results
