A lot of ppl don't bother mate n just take effers but caffiene speeds up. Process that's all there is tablets called T5 they contain all 3 but some ppl do just take effers with good re@ults especially if train aswel

cheers mate go for 5 mile jog every day used to do bodybuilding yaears ago am now down to 12 1/2 stone but cannot shift anymore weight.how many is advisable to take with caffine tablets if they are 50mg tablets

50mg effergin is very strong how many of them are you taking a day? only 2 caffiene tablets at most if there 200mg tabs i get my info from a guy who runs a suppliment shop so its not gospal but he knows his stuff he advised my protein . com for the caffient tabs i think there about 6-7quid delivered for 100 mate they were the last time i got some.

havent started yet but i have pro plus caffine tablets if they are any good and due to get effers would like to know how many mg of effers to take each day

dont think pro plus work the same lol there more expensive aswel just because of the name but give them a try mate, it all depends on the person how much u take mate i reckon between 90-180mg start on a low dose maybe 2 a day if there 50mg.

Scottiboi, I've just got some efergen, but just curious as I'm reading up on it, are effergen and ephedrine the same thing, do we just spell it that way becsuse where lazy, also... I'm interested in getting a sale from you if possiable when theese are finished, I got mine as a freebee from a friend who no longer wanted then, I use my treadmill daily and gunna start with one a day for now!... Should I take it maybe an hour or so before my work out, hear this is best to get the best result?
