Hi shell i had to give my email when i registered on here u not able to access it?? Strange i thought u would have my details . Oh well then whats the point in this site asking for it then..... I can send u it if u like . Not had any luck with getting hold of any or people getting in touch either

Hi carly sorrt it ws a late reply last night....just in from work now so not had chance to reply. U live near me im from newcastle i have taken them with great sucess..... Didnt have alot too loose really but u still need to eat too snd drink lots of fluids....... U could post me them as thats the way ive recieved them in the past. Carly I ve took them before started off with 4 a day, 2 on a morning and 2 on a lunch time, went upto 6 a day and I lost quite alot 2 dress sizes in about 2 months, and I just cut all the crap out and drank loads of water. Thanks shell

Hi carly...... No excercise is not crucial but u will have more energy taken these which will increase more weight loss. Can u get anymore carly for me ive been trying for months now and have had no luck.
If u can let me know asap and i will arrange payment to u.

Do u have to exercise on these or would they still work I have just bought 100 little white plain pills and took 2 this morning and 2 at dinner ,,, I feel a bit weird in my self is this normal
