what if the person is 21 years old and above and he takes a cherifer which are for the 18 years below, What will the effects of this in their body?

As far as I know, we all reach our expected height potential, full growth, by the age of 21 or 22. Men and women. I've never heard of cherifer, but I will research it, it's a new one to me.

my stomache hurts too everytime i take cherifer :( is that normal?

Take it with food, to prevent stomach upset. Avoid taking it with milk that contains calcium which interferes with absorption, can be taken with orange juice, Vitamin C aids in absorbing iron.

maria we have desame situation, everytime i take cherifer i do suffer stomach pain too. by the way how regularly do you take the capsule?

I've been taking cherifer for 6 months now, but for the past month, everytime I take Cherifer my stomach always starts hurting like my guts are being squeezed. what is wrong? I can't find any side effects information for this Vitamins. HELP?!?
