Effects Of Encorate Chrono 200 Mg

My son is being treated for epilepsy and is given the dosage of encorate chrono 200 mg, one in the morning and one in the evening. As informed by our neurologist, there are no side effects.

As he is just 10 years old, we are quite afraid of the side effects over his studies, over his physical and mental health. Could anyone brief me in detail, if anything undergoes due to the use of this medicine for a period of not more than 2 years, as prescribed by our Dr.

My brother is about 8 years old. About two years ago we had saw some semtrom of it, then we met a doctor. He gave him encorate chrono 200 in the morning and at night two times. Should we decrease the dose? Does it have any bad side effects on him? How frequently should we administer the dose?
